Why do I have to provide my credit card
information?
This is customary and required in order to hold your room at the hotel. However, your credit card will NOT be charged prior to the event. You must provide the credit card you wish to use when you check into the hotel.

Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM

How do I get from the hotel to the Sonoma Raceway?
We will provide ground transportation to/from the Sonoma Raceway on a daily shuttle from the hotel.
What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your registration, please email Katy at katy@katyreeeceevents.com. If you need to cancel your hotel room, please call the hotel directly. The cancellation deadline is three days prior to your arrival. A maximum penalty of one night's room and tax will be charged to your credit card if cancellation occurs after this date.
What is the dress code?
Business casual is appropriate for the ride and drives. Please wear what is comfortable for you to drive in. Business casual is accepted for the evening event. Please consider a light jacket as we will be outdoors weather depending.
