We have a room block at the TWO hotels listed below. During the registration process, you will be asked if you need a room for your visit and to select your preferred hotel. If you select “yes”, we will email in a few days with further reservation instructions. You are responsible for the cost of the hotel room plus any incidentals during your stay as well as your customers stay. Rooms are available on first come, first serve basis.

Why do I have to provide my credit card information?
This is customary and required in order to hold your room at the hotel. However, your credit card will NOT be charged prior to the event. You must provide the credit card you wish to use when you check into the hotel.
When should I plan to arrive and depart?
If you selected to participate in the Ride and Drive, you will receive confirmation on what time your customer is scheduled for. Please plan to arrive/depart accordingly.

Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM

What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your registration, please email Katy at katy@katyreeeceevents.com. If you need to cancel your hotel room, please call the hotel directly. The cancellation deadline is three days prior to your arrival. A maximum penalty of one night's room and tax will be charged to your credit card if cancellation occurs after this date.
What is the dress code?
Business casual is appropriate for the ride and drives. Please wear what is comfortable for you to drive in. Business casual is accepted for the evening event. Please consider a light jacket as we will be outdoors weather depending.
